We are looking for experienced telephone sales reps to join our growing team! Sales Reps that possess communication & people skills, who are confident they can sell a lot of lawn care! You will also receive customer service, sales & agronomic training

What's expected of me as a Telephone Sales Associate?

• Perform lawn care sales calls on a remote basis (Windows computer required)
• Remote Representatives follow up and reach out to hot/warm leads generated by our Marketing/Community Outreach crews
• Sell enhancements to existing programs
• Provide great customer service
• Meet daily and weekly goals
• Strong personal, verbal, and written communication skills
• No cold calling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Weed Man is currently looking to hire a talented Inside Sales Representative. As a sales and marketing professional, you will be responsible for following up on pre-qualified leads and closing the sale. There is no cold calling required.
